In-Home Daily Living Assistance

Attentive direct care assistance supporting morning routines, hygiene, meal preparation, medication reminders, and home organization.
Community Access & Transportation

Dependable staff accompaniment and transportation for medical visits, shopping, banking, recreation, and community events.

We provide comprehensive Community Based Support services fully aligned with Texas standards:

  • Supported Home Living (SHL): Hands-on assistance provided directly in the participant’s private residence to foster independence in daily self-care tasks.
  • Personal Care & Health Maintenance: Assisting with bathing, dressing, meal planning, dietary management, and physician-prescribed home exercise routines.
  • Community Participation & Recreation: Encouraging civic participation, attendance at religious services, YMCA/gym fitness, and local social gatherings.
  • Financial & Budgeting Guidance: Practical support with handling cash, debit cards, managing household budgets, and paying utility bills.
  • Family Caregiver Respite: Giving primary family caregivers vital peace of mind and temporary relief while ensuring loved ones receive attentive support.
